For over 26 years I have managed technical applications.  23 years have been focused on project management and professional development.  19 years have involved directing or supporting operations management.  During this time I have led to completion highly complex, new product development product launches and implementation projects.  I have also managed cross-functional teams in different industries and established Best Practice standards and procedures.  I am  committed to continuous improvement activities.

As a Project and Program Manager in different industries, I have gained experience working within a broad range of knowledge and reporting structures.  Many of my projects have required the coordination of client resources, hospital administrators, subcontractors and representatives of various trades, involving million-dollar budgets of significant duration and complex scope.  I have also made a lasting, positive impact on these organizations by leading, directing or supporting the development and implementation of policies, procedures and tools for productivity and effective organizational management.

As a General Manager, I have the experience necessary to convert Balanced Score Cards and Key Performance Metrics into actions and results.  I have managed a network of independent dealers and distributors both domestic and international.  I have demonstrated proactivity in finding and strengthening profitable business relationships and delivering on promises.

As a Coach, I have gained a special appreciation for the effort and preparation needed to enhance the adult learning experience and adoption of new processes.  I have taught courses in project management, international business, e-commerce, public relations, CAD/CAM, software applications, Portuguese and many other subjects.  I have taught these courses in a variety of settings from seminars to formal, undergraduate and graduate level classes.  I have taught courses at a variety of businesses, colleges and universities including the development of new courses, syllabi and training materials.
