Engineering Program Leadership • Global NPD Execution • Organizational Maturity • Cross‑Functional Alignment
For more than 26 years, I have led complex technical programs across engineering, operations, manufacturing, hardware, and software development. Today, I serve as a global engineering program leader known for strengthening NPD and PMO processes, building high‑performing teams, and delivering sophisticated products to market with speed, discipline, and cross‑functional alignment.
I currently lead a worldwide team of engineering project leaders responsible for motors, drives, and air‑moving technologies. My work centers on raising organizational maturity—harmonizing NPD processes, embedding structured training, clarifying deliverables, and improving governance and reporting so executive leaders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs. I partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management to accelerate production readiness, strengthen manufacturability, and improve execution predictability across regions.
My background includes nearly a decade in Class I medical device development, where I managed multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivered hardware and software products under IEC, ISO, FDA, and DoD regulatory frameworks. I have also led operations‑focused initiatives, supply‑chain process improvements, and enterprise‑wide training programs that elevated capability and consistency across global organizations.
As a coach and instructor, I have taught project management, operations, supply chain, and technology courses to undergraduates, graduate students, and executive leaders. This experience has shaped my leadership style—clear communication, structured guidance, and a commitment to developing people and strengthening systems.
Across all roles, I am known for simplifying complexity, driving alignment, and implementing practical, scalable improvements that enhance product vitality, execution discipline, and organizational readiness.
